Terms and Conditions

Bookings
1.1: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation letter or email from us.
1.2: By placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
1.3: In the event that I Smile Booth is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still operate the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire (venue permitting). In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as setup has been delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of I Smile Booth, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form. In the event that we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by you or venue, the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form.
1.4: I Smile Booth cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfill your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of monies paid.

Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments
2.1: All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 20% (Deposit is non-refundable).
2.2: The remaining balance to be paid in full and cleared 14 days prior to the event start date. If the operator uses the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed, the coverage in rental time will be billed to the operator and must be paid before additional hours are provided.
2.3: Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification.
2.4: I Smile Booth reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% above its banker’s current interest rate

Cancellations
3.1: Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges:
Within 8 weeks prior to event 20% of order value
Within 6 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
Within 4 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
Within 2 weeks prior to event 100% of order value

Equipment
4.1: The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.
4.2: All sizes quoted are approximate.
4.3: All goods remain the property of the company at all times.
4.4: The company reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
5.1: It is The Clients responsibility to ensure that the venue permits and can accommodate the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth, and that there is suitable access to both the building and function room. If the event is to take place above or below ground level a lift must be available that is suitably large enough for the Magic Mirror.
5.2: The Magic Mirror requires a minimum of 2m W x 2m L x 2.5m H and access to a standard plug socket .Once it has been set up The Magic Mirror or Photo booth cannot be relocated.
The Magic Mirror or Photo Booth is strictly for indoor use only, unless otherwise agreed with Ismile booth In the event of a delayed start due to events over running or access restrictions, Ismile booth will not be liable to extend the hire period.
5.3: Very rarely, the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth may malfunction. We will do whatever we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. If the printer stops working and cannot be fixed we will continue to photograph the guests and send the images to the Client as soon as possible after the event. We will not be liable for any refund. If the camera malfunctions and hire has to cease, we will only be liable to refund money for the time period that we couldn’t carry out our terms of contract.
5.4: We reserve the right to refuse use of the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth and related equipment if we feel that it is at risk of damage.
5.5: The Client is responsible for indemnifying Ismile Booth for any loss, theft, or damage to the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth and related equipment and all expenses and liabilities incurred from any such losses.
All goods remain the property of Ismile booth at all times. The props are for use in the Magic Mirror or Photo booth only and are not to be taken away from the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth area.
5.6: Children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the Magic Mirror. Due to the sensitivity of the software it will be down to the attendants discretion as to whether children are permitted to touch the screen as sticky fingers and over enthusiasm can impact on the Magic Mirror or Photo Booth function, resulting in the guest’s enjoyment being compromised. The props will add huge amount of fun to your event but are not intended to be used as toys for the younger guests.
5.7: If Ismile booth or any of our representatives feel threatened in any way by any guests of the Client we will close The Magic Mirror or Booth until matters are resolved and we feel comfortable to re-open. No refund will be due. The Company accepts no liability for any damage or injury to any person when using the Magic Mirror or Booth and related equipment.

Liability & Insurance
6.1: The client agrees to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.
6.2; The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

All other terms and conditions
7.1; I Smile Booth may use any of the photographs from your event for suitable means; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet. Attending your event would mean we you agree and permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests.
7.2: By hiring a photo booth from I Smile Booth means you agree to all of our Terms and Conditions.
